Yes, logged in customers can cancel their booking via the 'My Account' section

# Cancelling a booking

For registered and logged in customers, they can login and see the bookings they have coming up.

# Automatic cancellation times

This setting changes the time Jammed offers these refunds automatically to customers. You can choose to offer customers refunds automatically up to the start of the booking, 1-24 hours before, or never by choosing 'Never refund automatically'.

# Changing a booking

WARNING

Jammed yet doesn't allow customers to change a booking they have made

We have plans to add this feature soon, but at the moment we leave this part up to you. Customers emailling or phoning to change a booking that has been made.

Once this feature is ready, it will be 'opt in' like the feature allowing customers to cancel bookings.
