Yes, they always receive an email receipt

We send an email receipt of a booking to the customer straight after they pay. The receipt contains details on the booking contact details, locations and times, the studio's and Jammed Terms, and the payment and any tax amounts.

They get a receipt even if the payment fails, showing that they will still need to pay on arrival.
