If you email us about your current arrangements, your current online booking platform and how you currently use it, we can help move everything over for you.

# Moving my customers

Customer details will be the easiest data to migrate, and most platforms will include a way to export these as a CSV, JSON or XML file. If you do this first, and then we can assist from there.

# Moving my bookings

Bookings will be harder, but it is possible. Depending on the size of your venue, it could be faster and easier to have a switch date in mind, and make all the bookings manually after this on both Jammed and the other platform. Then on the go live date, simply turn off the other platform.
