Can I take bookings manually?

Yes

You can go in a simply make a booking for a customer manually through the admin section of Jammed. This will allow you to make a booking for a customer over the phone or that’s come in via email.

Also worth noting is that Jammed supports taking payments in-person using the Square Terminal (which is £200 ish) - so you don’t need a separate payment provider contract or till to take payments via card. For cash etc, you can set a booking as paid manually as well within Jammed.
