Custom Questions

What are custom questions?

When a customer is booking online, you can ask them a series of questions that will be shown on their booking within Jammed. For example, if you wanted to ask them how many amp stands, or microphones they require for their rehearsal.

If a Custom Question is set as required, then we make sure that the customer answers it before they can book.

• Name - This is for your use - it's not visible to the user
• Text - This is the question text
• Question type
  • Yes or No
  • Text field
  • Multiple choice
    • Values - Comma seperated values. Example: value 1, value 2, ...
